We're excited to announce that Vocable now supports over 50 languages and dialects for voice-powered forms. This has been one of our most requested features, and we're thrilled to make it available to all plans.
What's New
Our AI engine now automatically detects the language a respondent is speaking and adapts the conversation accordingly. There's no configuration needed on your end — simply create your form in any supported language, and Vocable handles the rest.
Supported Languages
We've launched with support for major world languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, and many more. Regional dialects and accents are handled gracefully by our updated speech recognition models.
How It Works
When a respondent begins speaking, Vocable's language detection runs in the first few seconds of audio. Once identified, the AI switches to the appropriate language model for both transcription and conversation flow. Field extraction works across all supported languages with the same accuracy you expect from English.

Global teams can now deploy a single voice form that serves respondents in their native language. This removes a major barrier to adoption — especially in healthcare, government services, and international research where multilingual support is essential.
Getting Started
Multi-language support is available now on all plans. Your existing forms will automatically benefit from improved language detection. To create forms in specific languages, simply write your field labels and conversation prompts in the target language.
We're continuing to expand language coverage based on user feedback. If you need a language that isn't currently supported, reach out to our team and we'll prioritize it.
